The biggest mistake you can make with back pain? Doing absolutely nothing.
While it’s tempting to stay on the couch, skipping the gym entirely often leads to more stiffness. The goal isn’t to “push through” the pain, it’s to move around it. We want to strengthen the surrounding muscles to support your spine and get you back to 100%.
