Happy ✨ !✨
If you’ve been following along with our project, you may remember the dramatic, drenched-in-black primary suite complete with a copper-lined soaking tub and marble checkerboard floors. Today, we’re stepping into the equally unforgettable first-level guest bathroom.
What began as a standard guest bath became a jewel box of color, texture, and personality. The design started with a breathtaking botanical Albany Sligo wallpaper filled with exotic birds and lush florals, creating the perfect foundation for a space that feels both playful and sophisticated.
To ground the vibrant pattern, we wrapped the room in rich black details, from the trim and vanity to the glossy black toilet and dramatic shower tile. A custom furniture-inspired vanity adds softness with its curved silhouette, while an oversized Modern Matter Hardware floral pull creates a focal point that feels more like sculpture than hardware.
Throughout the room, thoughtful details elevate every corner. Emerald accents on the cabinet hardware and faucet handles bring a pop of color that feels like fine jewelry. Blush pink sconces from Liora flank a beaded gold mirror, casting a warm glow that makes the entire room feel intimate and inviting. And then there’s the shower.
A dramatic arched opening draws you into a space wrapped in glossy black tile, creating a striking contrast against the whimsical wallpaper beyond. Inside, an arched niche lined with metallic tile catches the light and adds another layer of texture and depth.
Bold, playful, dramatic, and unapologetically unique, this guest bathroom captures everything we love about the Moody Masterpiece and the homeowners who trusted us to bring it to life.
Which detail would you steal for your own home- the statement wallpaper, the emerald hardware, or the dramatic arched shower? Let us know below. 👇
One of the biggest remodeling mistakes we see? Assuming everything has to go.
The truth is, some of the best remodels keep the things that give a home its character. Original hardwood floors. Historic millwork. Vintage hardware. The details that make your home feel like your home.
What we won’t compromise on? Storage. Function. Lighting. Thoughtful design. A cohesive plan.
A successful remodel isn’t about replacing everything.
It’s about knowing what deserves to stay, what needs to change, and how to make it all work together.
That’s where we come in. 🏡✨

It’s ✨ , ✨ and this kitchen was holding the home back!
Small windows, dated finishes, and a closed-in layout left the space feeling darker and more cramped than it needed to be. But with the right plan, we saw the opportunity to create something completely different.
By maximizing natural light, improving storage, and designing around the way the homeowners actually use the space, we transformed this kitchen into a bright, functional hub for everyday life. Warm wood tones, clean lines, and hardworking appliances create a space that feels both elevated and inviting.
Today, the view takes center stage. The kitchen feels connected to the outdoors, flooded with natural light, and designed for everything from busy weekday mornings to slow weekends at home.
The biggest transformation wasn’t the cabinetry, countertops, or appliances. It was the feeling of the space. What was once a space people moved through is now a space they want to spend time in, and that’s what great design is all about. ✨🏡

✨ It’s ! ✨
This lower-level bathroom went from overlooked and purely functional to a space that feels elevated, intentional, and incredibly inviting. 🛁 What was once disconnected from the style of the rest of the home now feels warm, cohesive, and designed with everyday comfort in mind.
Rich finishes, a walnut vanity, soft brass accents, and layered lighting completely transformed the atmosphere of this room, creating depth, warmth, and a much more polished feel. Thoughtful storage solutions and durable materials make the space easier to live in day after day.
One of the biggest upgrades was the shower. The built-in bench adds comfort and flexibility, while the glass enclosure keeps the room feeling bright and open. Heated floors bring an extra layer of luxury that makes a lower-level bathroom feel cozy year-round.
We love projects like this because they prove great design isn’t just about making a space look beautiful, it’s about making daily life feel better. ✨🏡
Most cabinetry layouts are decided without ever understanding how the homeowner actually uses the space.
That’s where our process begins.
We open every drawer, review what you own, and study how you move through your kitchen day to day, where you prep, where things collect, what you reach for most often. From there, we begin mapping drawer configurations, pantry zones, trash placement, and how each element relates to the sink, appliances, and dining areas.
These decisions aren’t visible in the finished space, but they’re what determine whether a kitchen feels intuitive or frustrating to use.
It’s detailed, highly specific work, but it’s what allows the final design to function as well as it looks. 🏡✨
