ir part of 'Pay it Forward' they support LifeResults by generously donating their time, energy and talents to the support and delivery of LifeResults Rochester seminars. We enjoy giving back - helping our friends, family and colleagues to become happier, healthier and more successful. As any of our volunteers will tell you, we receive much more from volunteering, than the time and energy we give. Tuition is used to pay the facilitator and cover the cost of course materials, supplies and room fees. We currently produce four Basic programs, two or three Advanced/IPI programs, one Leadership Impact Training program and 12 Community Gatherings, and at least 10 Teen Connections per year. We have been in existence in various corporate forms since 1986, when the LifeResults Basic class was first delivered here in Rochester. LifeResults is a professional development and personal growth training where you learn what is getting in your way and how to have the life you really desire. In class we learn tools experientially by hearing ideas and concepts, then practicing them with each other to see what they feel like, and then talking about how these tools and insights can be used in our lives to make us happier and more effective with others and ourselves. LifeResults is designed to open you to new possibilities, awaken and empower your dreams, and provide you tools to have a happier, healthier, more balanced and effective life. You will awaken to who you are, what's important to you, and how you can truly have impact. You will make better decisions with less effort and communicate with greater clarity. Your results at home and work improve, you experience more peace, satisfaction and joy in everything you do. LifeResults provides a set of tools you can use throughout your day. Unlike many other seminars, these tools are with you forever. You take what you learn and immediately apply it directly to your life. You will look deeper into ways you can be a more effective person and professional, while learning tools to make this - and more - happen. LifeResults is not therapy, a religious organization or a group you have to join or stay involved with over time. LifeResults is also not a place where you are manipulated, threatened or scolded. To the contrary, LifeResults seminars are a place where individuals and diversity are celebrated. Acceptance is one of the core values emphasized in LifeResults. LifeResults is not a series of programs where you have to take all the seminars in order to get full value. You will receive immediate and significant benefit from the first seminar you attend. The choice of obtaining further value from follow-on programs is completely up to you. Many take additional seminars, and many do not.
