Why is submitting your hours very important to the team?

Here are the main reasons why:
• Having a certain amount of hours is required to be on our team and travel whenever the next available opportunity will be.
• It is also not just important to our team but to Enactus US. Whenever we go to competition and get in the final 16, we are audited by Enatus to ensure that nothing has been forged/faked in our data.
• Enactus US gives out awards for members who have put in a certain amount of hours per school year. It goes 100 hours, 500 hours, and a cumulative 1,000 hours. This really looks great on your resume!

We want to ensure that our team is truthful and honest about the number of hours we have all volunteered throughout the year.

So you can see why it is important for everyone to submit their hours so we can be honest to ourselves and Enactus US.
