Yesterday, our Construction Management team celebrated the ribbon cutting for the newly completed Alpheus Clark House and Event Lodge at Shadow Pines in Penfield, NY.

This project has been years in the making, and our team delivered it ahead of schedule and under budget! A true reflection of their dedication to quality and to the Town of Penfield.

Originally built in 1832, the historic Clark House has been carefully restored and now stands alongside a brand‑new 5,800 sq. ft. multi‑purpose event lodge designed for community gatherings, rentals, and celebrations.

We’re proud to help preserve a piece of Penfield’s history while creating a modern community space that will serve residents for generations to come!

All three new residential buildings have taken shape, and the community center is coming along beautifully. This drone footage highlights our progress toward building a safer, stronger, and more welcoming neighborhood for families in our community.
