On this Nurses Day 2024, I stand with the family of Nurse Joyce Grayson. Violence against Nurses will not be tolerated in any setting. If you employ Nurses, and he or she requests a chaperone for a known violent patient visit, provide the chaperone! Connecticut State Judiciary, do the right thing and let this family hold the Connecticut Department of Corrections responsible for choosing profit over safe patient care.
