This year, I started something new. Recognizing outstanding clients who made a project truly memorable.

This woman was, by far, one of the best clients I have ever had the privilege of working with.

She understood that my job was to deliver quality work, no matter how many challenges came along the way. From start to finish, she never rushed the process, never complained about delays, and trusted me to get the job done right.

What was originally planned as a one-month bathroom renovation turned into a two-month project due to unexpected obstacles. Through it all, she remained patient, understanding, and supportive.

I made her one promise. That her bathroom would be completed before Thanksgiving, and I delivered on that promise.

Today, I am honored to spotlight her, but this time not as a client.
