Hereās a few laps from our test run at Owosso Speedway this past Saturday! Looking forward to getting this car dialed in! š

After a long winter we finally got back to the track. We had our first test day with the late model at Owosso Speedway yesterday. Overall the car felt pretty solid right away and definitely a lot different than the street stock. We made four runs and worked on dialing in the setup each time.
Unfortunately after the fourth run the front crankshaft seal popped out and cut our day short. No worries though, we will get it fixed up and be ready for practice next weekend.
Sponsorships are still available! If you or anyone you know are interested, please contact us!

Weāve got some exciting news! š
We picked up a late model for the 2026 race season. Itās a clean car with a lot of good parts, and it brings the KKR car count up to three race carsā¼ļø
The plan is to run full-time at Owosso Speedway in the Late Model Sportsman Division, with hopes of getting Rookie of the Year.
Schedules arenāt out yet, but stay tuned for updates!

The 2025 racing season has come to an end! Although it feels like it has gone by so quick, we are happy to have some downtime and have already started planning for next year.
We capped off the season with our third-ever trip to Kalamazoo for the Super Shoe! We brought the Street Stock out to run as a Late Model one last time. We started off the weekend as the slowest car, at around 15.10 second times. On Saturday, after making all sorts of adjustments and putting on a fresh set of tires to replace our very worn out ones, we qualified 15th out of 20 with a 14.680.
In the heat race, we started 4th and worked our way up to finish 2nd after a few outside passes. For the feature, the entire field was inverted, which put us starting 4th again. We grabbed the lead early and held it for 5 laps before the faster cars got by. After falling back to 11th and making a pit stop, we finished the race 1 lap down in 9th place! Overall, given our disadvantages and setup issues, a top 10 is a satisfying end to this Super Shoe adventure!
Thank you to our crew: Ken, Talya, Caitlin and Eddie!!
Thank you to our friends and family for the support this past weekend!
Thank you to our sponsors: Matick Automotive, Hometown Ice Cream & Candy, Mike Bridge, and Kurt Broadbridge & Family!! We couldnāt do it without you!!
Thank you Brian Patrick for the great pictures!
That marks the end of another race season! Some exciting plans are in store for, so stay tuned for out off season updates!

For the past two weeks, weāve had the #19 Street Stock running as a Late Model Sportsman at Owosso Speedway. Itās safe to say that Owosso is definitely one of our favorite tracks to race at!
On the first night at Owosso, September 13th, we qualified 18th and finished 14th. The race wasnāt very eventful but it was definitely fun racing against real late models.
This past Friday at Owosso Speedway was night #1 of Owosso Nationals. In a field of 28 Late Model Sportsman cars, we qualified 19th with a 16.089. Heading into the heat race, we started 2nd. We passed for the lead in the first lap and picked up the heat race win with a Flat Rock Street Stock!!
Heading into the feature, starting 19th was no joking matter. The pack ahead was aggressive and not giving an inch. We battled hard on the outside for most of the race, and with every caution, we used the choose rule to pick up spots on the outside. Along the way, we got into two altercations and were nearly put into the wall three times, making the race both exciting and frustrating. Staying on the lead lap and holding off a few faster guys, we finished 11th. We were severely outmatched against the other competitors but we held in there and brought the car back in one piece!
Thank you to our crew: Dad, Talya, Caitlin, and Eddie! Special thank you to Talya for spotting for us. You did a great job clearing us and getting us through all the trouble!
Thank you to all of our friends and family for your support!
Thank you to our sponsors: Matick Automotive, Hometown Ice Cream & Candy, Mike Bridge, and Kurt Broadbridge & Family!! We couldnāt do it without you!
Thatās a wrap on our Owosso Speedway adventures! Next up is the Super Shoe at Kalamazoo Speedway, September 26-28!

Thatās a wrap on our main racing season at Flat Rock Speedway!
Our final race at FRS had a decent turnout for us. We made good gains on the handling of the car in practice. With the car set up better, we qualified 5th with a 12.985. The top ten drew cards for starting position, and we drew a 9, putting us in 9th for the feature. In the heat race, we made two good passes and came away with the win.
We then headed into the feature. Starting 9th is not the best position, but we had no choice but to work with it. We fell back to 10th early but climbed back to 8th. After battling on the outside, we were shuffled into the rocks while passing a lap car, which set us back. Once we caught the pack again, we made an outside move and worked our way from 7th up to 3rd in just a few laps. Overall, we are pretty happy with a 3rd place finish. We also finished 3rd in the overall 2025 points standings.
This could not have been done without our crew: Ken, Talya, Caitlin, Eddie, and Colin! Thank you!
Thank you Tasha for always treating us with a great dinner!
Thank you to our sponsors: Matick Auto, Hometown Ice Cream & Candy, Mike Bridge, and Kurt Broadbridge & Family!!
Finally, thank you to our friends and family for showing your support and taking time out of your weekends to cheer us on.
Next, we will be making some big changes to the car and heading to Owosso Speedway to race in the Late Model Sportsman division on Saturday, September 13th!
