It was a hot one.

Here’s what I did:
- wear an ice bandana
- kept my sleeves wet
- had 200g of carbs
- 3L of water
- 3000mg of sodium

But I never:
- looked at my watch
- or ran faster than endurance

Seriously, never looked at my watch.
Learning how to tune into your body is the biggest superpower.
