Beautiful morning for Kids Day with at Cheesefest! 🧀

Today we smashed some chalk and represented colors with our emotions!!

We can’t NOT share this photo as we are bursting with joy for these ladies and so incredibly proud of them as they get one step closer to making an impact on our profession! .12 and Syanna are both first generation Master’s earners, with Syanna’s stole representing her Hmong culture, handmade by her mom, and Sara sporting the First Gen stole, creating mental health awareness within her own Hispanic communities. Not a pictured was who was celebrating her daughter’s accomplishments but showing her daughter how to be both a mom and someone who can go after great things! Congratulations to our Spring ‘26 interns on their completing their Master’s program! Next up, exam!

Messy May today with some color monsters using some deep breathing and syringe painting. Might take a week for the liquid water color to come off my hands, but it sure was fun!

Snapshots from some impactful intern-planned sibling/family sessions. Using guided loose parts and the Invisible Web, sessions built upon themselves to focus on always being connected while still being separate, unique, and proud of individual strengths. As we see often, siblings can start to define themselves through the family experience of supporting one member with high needs, and opportunities through play to remind them that they can celebrate themselves as their own person are so powerful! Even parents need the opportunity to reflect on who they are and what they are uniquely good at! Great work .12 supporting these sibs and family!!
