Today, the Joy Meter at Marvelous Minds is reading sky high — and honestly, that makes us so happy.

It’s not by accident. It’s a testament to our commitment to continuous improvement, and to every Magic Maker who shows up each day to make this place what it is. When the joy is this high, you can feel it in the room: in the laughter, in the energy, in the way our kids show up as their full, curious, brave selves.

And what better day for it to peak than today — Juneteenth. A day of freedom, joy, and celebration. A day that reminds us why we do this work in the first place: building a space where every child, and every family, gets to be free to grow, free to play, and free to belong.

So today, we celebrate. We celebrate freedom. We celebrate community. We celebrate the joy that fills Marvelous Minds — and the magic that made it possible.

We’re excited to officially launch the Clarity Catalyst for Future Care Professionals — a youth work-study program designed to build the next generation of early childhood and community care leaders.

This 12-month, hands-on experience provides young people (ages 16–24) with real-world exposure to child development, classroom leadership, and workforce readiness — grounded in mentorship and values-based learning.

As we continue building workforce-aligned childcare solutions, investing in talent pipelines like this is essential.

We welcome partnerships with schools, youth programs, and community organizations to help connect motivated young people to this opportunity.
