The race starts at 9 am from East Silver Lake Park. I can email the loop.

How did Trinona go for everyone this past weekend?

This is to let you know that TriRochester will be hosting a Time Trial next Tuesday, August 22 out of Douglas, MN. Start time around 6:15. You can TT it, use it for a tempo ride, whatever you want, but it's an opportunity to put in a hard ride with other cyclists, triathletes, etc. and have a "time" to show for it.

Divisions:
Men aero
Men stock
Women aero
Women stock
Men First timers open
Women First timers open

Note: any aero add-on puts you in aero div. (Wheel over 40mm, disc wheel, aero bars, aero helmet, etc)

E-bikes will get 30 minutes added to their time :)

We reserve the right to combine categories within gender if there isn't a minimum of 3 riders in the category, but we'll note the type of bike you rode.

If you show up with a BMX bIle, fat bike or a mountain bike, we may create a category for you.

We'll figure out an alternative date if we experience severe weather.
