Staying fit and healthy has been my #1 priority in my life. I can say that the most difficult period in doing so was from peri-menopause straight through until post menopause. Nothing changed as far as my eating habits and exercise. What changed were my hormones which had a huge impact on staying at my same weight. What worked was understanding what my body needed differently.

If you follow me you know I am committed to figuring things out. One of the things that I discovered and added to my life that was vital was intermittent fasting and the an occasional 24-72 hour water fast.

Because of the enormous advantages of doing both I decided to become a certified mentor mostly because I wanted to do a deep dive into what menopausal women need to stay fit, healthy, happy and vital as we move into the maven period of our lives.

Millionairess In The Making - Is That You?

I remember the 1st time I thought about being a millioniaress. I laughed out loud as it seemed so outgagous.

I was just making ends meet, building a business out of my spare bedroom, working my straight commission job and single parenting my son.

I had just bought my 1st rental property and was living inside of my 2nd fix & flip home.

I had always been one of the top producers and made good money as a straight commission sales person. Great training for someone who wants to own their own business.

I created a process that I now call the GPS Foundation course that I used every year. I wasn't good at algebra or calculus in school but I was really good at math - simple math.

Using simple math I mapped out what I had to generate each month, quarter, 1 year, 3 years and 15 years out to build a $1,000,000 real estate portfolio.
