This house by Schroeder Homes has many different materials on the exterior and they chose Stucco as one of the highlights. I can’t wait to see what it looks like when the yard and everything is all landscaped!!

Rochester Mazda. Done in 2023 but realized I hadn’t shared it!😬 The black and grey areas were done by us! Grateful for the crew I have to be able to handle projects like these!!

I have another great project coming to Stewartville this coming summer.…and Byron….but I was reminded of another we did a while back. Had never posted pics so I thought I would share. The “stucco” look is actually EIFS installed by us. We had a lot of fun on this job!!

Got to be part of the extreme makeover on this building this summer. Nice update that separates this building from all the brown tone buildings surrounding it!!
