Businesses should be able to review customers too.
Had a conversation today where a customer insisted I seal their driveway immediately—despite a frost warning last night and rain expected for the next two days.

Here’s the problem: if I give in and do the job, the rain ruins the seal, damages their property, and I have to redo everything for free. That’s not just unfair—it’s unsustainable. I don’t get paid unless the job is done right, and weather matters.

When I tried to explain this, the response? Swearing and disrespect. Yet if I push back or refuse bad timing, they can leave me a bad Google review and harm my business—just because I didn’t agree to do something that shouldn’t be done in the first place.

Small business owners deserve fairness too. Common sense and mutual respect go a long way.
