I'm excited... and truly blessed!! 🙌🥳

As many of you know, my last day with IBM was on April 11, 2024. It has been a great time of self-discovery, and a reality check of what job-seeking looks like outside of IBM. My experience in "Big Blue" was well respected inside IBM; however, outside IBM, I am simply another resume in the pile. So - I have been utilizing my time to look into education/certifications within the Project Management industry for Leaders... and I have been working toward 2 specific certifications.

So today - I am extremely excited to announce that I have passed my Program Management Professional (PMP) Exam, and will be adding this to my professional profiles, and resume. I will also be completing the training for the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) next week, and hope to complete that testing by the end of the month as well. Although these may not jump me to the top of the pile of applicants, I am hopeful it will help. 😉

In addition, I am roughly 60% complete with my BS/MS in Accelerated Information Technology (IT), and hope to pursue that once I gain employment again. I truly hope to complete that by 2027, and seek further Executive leadership roles. But for now... I'm appreciating my very blessed life today, and trusting God's leading for my next steps.

Thank you to everyone for your ongoing encouragement and support through my career. I truly appreciate each friend, every prayer, and the opportunities I have had to work with so many fantastic people during my life... so many that have become lifelong friends!

I'm mid-way through my career, and can't wait to see what is next!! 😎
