This week, we had the joy of surprising and celebrating volunteer Paul Graham in recognition of an incredible milestone — 45 years of service with Episcopal SeniorLife Communities.

What began as a commitment to giving back has become a lifelong gift of presence, compassion and faith-filled service. Over the years, Paul has become a familiar and deeply valued part of ESLC life. In more recent years, he has dedicated much of his time to our Chaplaincy Department, supporting monthly worship in the Chapel of the Good Shepherd and helping lead services at several of our communities.

Paul’s steady presence, kindness and devotion have touched so many lives across ESLC. He has a way of making every service feel meaningful and every moment feel grounded in care and connection. It is no exaggeration to say he has become the heart of the home for many of us.

We are profoundly grateful for Paul and for the 45 years he has shared with our communities. His impact is lasting, and his legacy is felt in every life he has touched.

The race is on at Episcopal Church Home!

As our nation gears up to celebrate its 250th anniversary, Episcopal Church Home has set a patriotic goal: collect a postcard or state flag from all 50 states!

Every time a card arrives, we'll add that state to our giant U.S. map and watch the country fill in one state at a time.

Can you help us complete the map?

⭐ Ask family and friends from other states to send:
📸 A picture of their state flag
📬 A postcard
🏞️ A favorite landmark
😊 Or simply a note of kindness

Which state will arrive next? Which will be the last one we're waiting for? Let's find out together!

Residence enjoyed a fascinating visit from meteorologist Glenn Johnson of WHEC TV! Glenn shared how weather forecastS are created, demonstrated some of the tools meteorologist use to track storms and predict conditions and offered a behind-the-scenes look at life in the newsroom.
From forecasting technology to memorable weather events residence at the opportunity to learn more about the science behind the daily forecast and answered plenty of great questions. Thank you Glenn for an engaging and informative presentation that gave everyone a new appreciation for the work that goes into predicting the weather. We wish you all the best in your retirement!
