If you have a HIGH SCHOOL SENIOR who's interested in applying, stop on by and pick up an application.

The application can be picked up at I.B.E.W., Local Union 86, at 2300 East River Road, Rochester, New York 14623.

The completed application must be returned to I.B.E.W., Local Union 86, at 2300 East River Road, Rochester, New York 14623, and received no later than 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 16th, 2026.
