It's easy to fall into the trap of negative self-talk. Negative self-talk can manifest in the form of thoughts such as "I'm not good enough" or "I can't do this". These thoughts can lead to feelings of inadequacy, low self-esteem and can impact your ability to reach your goals.
Make a conscious effort to pay attention to the things you tell yourself on a day-to-day basis.
