RochesterWorks Seeks Partners for 2026 WIOA Youth Workforce Development Services!

RochesterWorks invites qualified organizations to submit proposals for providing year-round workforce development services to Out-of-School Youth (ages 17–24) in Monroe County under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I program.

Selected providers will operate under the RochesterWorks Navigator Model, connecting youth to employment, education, training, and supportive services while supporting career pathways and improved employment outcomes.

Proposals are due by Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 12:00 PM (Noon). A non-mandatory bidder’s conference will be held on April 9, 2026, at 1:00 PM via Zoom.
