There are so many new faces, friends, and supporters here. I think it’s time to reintroduce ourselves, The Nail Room, and how we do things around here.

Hey y’all! I’m Amber. Owner and founder of The Nail Room Roc. A former celebrity nail artist in Austin, TX; I moved back home to Rochester in 2021. After moving back, I told myself I no longer wanted to create or build a business. I was tired, AND lying to myself. A few months went by as I went back to work for someone else and found myself wanting to change everything, every day. I knew that wasn’t fair to me or my employer. So I left. No clients, no money, but so much faith in my ability to create. I opened The Nail Room in 2022 and in 2023 this blessing of a woman named Bella, called me up (ok she texted me) and said she wanted in. An immediate yes for me. Together we have come so far, learned so much, and are beyond blessed.

The Nail Room is currently a small, private nail studio offering Russian Manicures and Dry Pedicures. We specialize in Nail Art and making women feel safe, seen, and heard. We have our own little community here. Some guests like to say were Rochester’s best kept secret. 💅 I think it’s safe to say the secret is out.

We are currently fully booked until July 2025. Right now the best way to get in is to join our waiting list. You can do so the same way you would reserve an appointment online. We open our books, every month, two months in advance. July books will be opened around May 1. Keep an eye out for updates in our stories or shoot us a quick message with your email + phone to ensure you never miss an opening.

We’re looking forward to expanding this year and getting everyone in! Thank you for following along. We appreciate all of our guests, hype women, supporters, and everyone sharing our name in rooms we aren’t in.

When you step into The Nail Room you are stepping into community. A community of like minded women, who, when we get to chatting; realize how small our world really is. We connect here. We build here. We expand our community here. So while you’re treating yourself you’re also leaving with a few new friends, connections, and expanders.
