Today we recognize Juneteenth, a day that commemorates the end of slavery in the United States and celebrates freedom, resilience, and hope.
As we reflect on this important moment in our nation's history, we also recognize the ongoing work of learning from the past, honoring human dignity, and building communities where all people can flourish.
