We are excited to welcome Joan to our Albany team as a Care Manager.

With more than 30 years of experience as a social worker, Joan has dedicated her career to helping individuals and families navigate life's most challenging moments. From hospital-based medical social work and hospice care to memory care and community nonprofits, her compassionate, person-centered approach has made a lasting impact on countless lives.

When she's not supporting clients and families, Joan enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors, kayaking, and making memories with her beloved dogs.
