20 weeks pregnant and running half marathons!! 🙌💪
has been working with me 1:1 throughout her pregnancy and going through the Pregnancy Running program 🏃🏼♀️
She’s been keeping her pelvic floor, core, and overall body strong and healthy as she’s safely built mileage to train for this half marathon
It can be done. There are safe ways to do it and she’s a freaking rockstar!! 🙌

We’ve reached the 30’s 😱
To me when I get into the week 30’s it all starts to get really very real in the fact that this baby is coming SOON!
Things I still need to do before she arrives:
A ton, I’ll just leave it at that 😳
Other bump updates:
🏋🏼♀️Lifting has been feeling the best out of all forms of exercise
🏃🏼♀️Mileage is dwindling but not because it doesn’t feel good, rather because I’m really enjoying lifting and walking more right now
🧀 My appetite has really picked up, which is good for me, and I have craved cheese and apples for months now
🙃 I’ve gained way more weight in my lower body this pregnancy compared to my last 2, maybe because it’s a girl? I fully embrace all body changes that pregnancy brings but I’d be lying if I didn’t say I sometimes have to catch myself from a negative thought
🛌 Sleep is starting to get more difficult and uncomfortable but it’s not too bad
🥼I officially switched from my long standing OBGYN to a midwife and I had my first appt with her last week. She is amazing and it was everything I could have hoped for and what was lacking with my OB
🤱I have a prenatal lactation consult set up for next week. My last 2 breastfeeding journeys did not work out (proud formula feeding mama here) but I do want to try it again this time so I’m setting myself up for success and getting the help I need ahead of time and before there’s an issue. Maybe third time is a charm 🤞
