Fresh Ethiopia Banko Gotiti Anaerobic Natural hitting the website! Bursting with intense notes of dried orange peel, hibiscus, Demerara sugar and Hawaiian Punch. Coffee cherry is picked and painstakingly sorted to remove everything but the most ripe cherry before being delivered to the Banko Gotiti washing station. There, cherry is fermented in pressurized anearobic tanks for 7-10 days under closely monitored conditions to ensure ideal temperature and sugar content before being dried on raised beds.
