Sofrito is a Spanish seasoning used as a base cooking for all types of meals. We started viewing the need of a good seasoning for our cooking and started with an idea of doing our own own sofrito. Our Sofrito has been in our PuertoRican cuisine for many years and we want to share with you this recipe taught by our elderlies many years ago.The sofrito is the heart of our daily lives.
