Finish Photos! Our team will miss the hypnotic views Lake Ontario provided us with through out the duration of this addition as we walk away. But, we also leave with the gratification of knowing that all of the work we put in culminated into a beautiful new space for our customer!

This last year our team built 4 detached garages for 4 great customers across Monroe county. Western NY weather has a tendency to be quite unpredictable with the changing in seasons. A detached garage can can keep you and your vehicles dry and warm as well as provide storage space for lawn and garden equipment while also providing space for leisure activities and equipment.

Our team brought this kitchen back from the early 1800’s to the present but still maintaining the character with beautiful oak cabinetry and trim. And oh yeah, we wont forget removing and reframing/leveling the floor and ceiling as well as straightening the walls which allowed for nys code insulation r-value with an r-21 in the walls and an r-49 in the ceiling and blanket insulation in the crawl space.

When it comes to adding additions, experience driven intuition comes out to play. No two are ever the same and we pride ourselves in always making a structurally sound connecection while working in conjuction with our excavators, masons and our local building departments. Now time to make it look like it’s always been there.
