Quick backstory and a little game. Twelve years ago our G2005 Chili Fusion team started this tournament with only 4 teams. The girls loved the experience and asked to keep it going. The next year we had 8 teams, girls played the boys and it was all held at St. Pius. The tournament continued to grow in popularity to what it is now. The parents and players of Fusion volunteered every year, and we still have a few this year coming back to ref or sell tickets. Without them, this tournament wouldn’t be what it is. This year, Match Play Ink decided to pay homage to Fusion by including their logo within our tournament logo. If you spot it, write your guess in the comments.
