🥪 The Bills Cauliflower Sandwich swaps crispy chicken for crispy cauliflower tossed in our smoked maple buffalo sauce. A favorite for vegetarians and anyone looking to switch things up.

Gravity’s Temptation is a Barrel-Lagered Helles. It showcases our practiced art of oak-barrel lagering for a soft, balanced, and golden celebration of the brighter edges of the universe.
We made this beer with special German pilsner malt that was is bred for beer called Barke, lightly hopped with Hallertau MF, Tettnang, and Czech Saaz. We fermented it normally in stainless and then lagered it in neutral oak barrels for 2 months.
