We have a 4 bed 2 bath floor plan. You can rent the full unit for $1,750.00 per month; you pay your own electricity. Water, Sewer and trash are included in the monthly rent.
You have another option of just renting out a bedroom with 4 beds and 2 baths. You would need to share the kitchen, living room, and bathroom with 3 other roommates. Rent would be $625.00 a month, all utilities included,

The property includes Volleyball, a Basketball Court, and a new Fitness Gym, which all residents can access. We also do resident activities here at the property, with on-staff management and maintenance. We hope we can make this your home.
