The second night of The Roanoke Times Dickens of a Christmas is this Friday, December 9th, 6pm - 10pm. 🎄 The City of Roanoke Christmas Parade begins at 6:30pm on Jefferson Street at Elm Avenue, turns onto Campbell Avenue, goes past Market Square, and ends at Williamson Road.

The parade is rain or shine, so dress for the weather! 🌦 "Why can't you just reschedule it?" Well, it's not that simple. We have a permit for Friday. We have scheduled security, vendors, volunteers, and parade entrants for Friday, and there's no guarantee of their availability on another day. Plus, we are coordinating with multiple other organizations. We are going to make the best of the parade, regardless of the weather.
