It started as a joke, but we are pleased to announce "Dunk a Roanoke City Council Member."

This Saturday from 1pm-3pm at Compost Fest, we will have at least one city council member available for you to attempt to dunk.

All have been invited, but only one has confirmed. Who is it? Join us and find out!

Funds raised at the event go to support community agriculture/ ecology.

Don’t worry if you can’t make it at that time, we’ll have some other special guests for you to dunk during the rest of the event.

Ready for Compost Fest tomorrow? Bring your extra seeds for our seed swap! All you need to do is bring leftover seeds to share, and we will have bags available for you to take home.

We have plenty of options for kids at Compost Fest in the morning and afternoon. Please check out a list of activities below, and bring clothes for messy activities for our rain or shine event. We look forward to seeing you this Saturday!
