Yesterday was a very special day for our sweet girl, Latte! 💜

Latte officially went home with her forever family, and we couldn't be happier for her! This gorgeous torbie captured hearts from the moment she entered our rescue, and she wasn't here long! Now she gets to start the next chapter of her life surrounded by love.

There is nothing better than watching a cat find the family that was meant for them. We are so excited for Latte as she settles into her new home and begins making herself comfortable, finding her favorite sunny spots, and soaking up all the love and attention she deserves.

A huge thank you to her adopters for choosing rescue and opening their hearts and home to this beautiful girl. We know Latte has a wonderful future ahead of her.

Meet Princess Snowfire! ❄️🔥

Yesterday was a very special day for Furby and Tamagotchi as they headed off to their new home TOGETHER as a foster-to-adopt pair!

This brother and sister combo have stolen hearts from the very beginning, and we couldn't be more excited for them and their new family as they begin this next chapter together. Watching bonded pairs stay together is one of our favorite things, and we know they'll have a built-in best friend for life!

💙 Mr. Meowgi Update 💙

Today was a big day for Mr. Meowgi! This sweet senior gentleman had his dental procedure and did wonderfully. His teeth were cleaned, four troublesome teeth were removed, he received his FVRCP booster, and he was microchipped so he's all set for the next chapter of his life.

As many of you know, Mr. Meowgi came into our rescue after his beloved owner became ill and sadly passed away. At around 13 years old, he has had his entire world turned upside down.

Thankfully, he's been settling into foster care beautifully. We are so grateful for his foster dad, who has shown him endless kindness, and understanding while he adjusts to a completely new life.

Now Mr. Meowgi is ready to find what he deserves most: a quiet, loving home where he can spend his golden years surrounded by comfort and companionship. He is a gentle soul who doesn't need much, just a cozy bed, a sunny window, and someone to love him.

We know senior cats are often overlooked, but they have so much love left to give. If you're not ready to adopt, we are also open to a long-term foster arrangement for the right person. We simply want this sweet boy to have a soft place to land and a family to call his own.

Meet Koala & Kangaroo! 🦘🐨

These adorable siblings are looking for a forever home together, and trust us when we say they're something special!

When they were first rescued, their poor little eyes were sealed shut from infection and they relied heavily on each other for comfort and support. Today, they've had an incredible glow-up and are thriving!

Their foster says they are the perfect combination of entertaining and cuddly. Kangaroo is full of playful, bouncy energy, while Koala loves to snuggle up close to her brother and her people. Together, they can turn any ordinary evening into hours of kitten entertainment.

They both adore people, have giant purrs, and are as sweet as they come. Koala's beautiful torbie markings and Kangaroo's adorable frosted ear tips make them just as gorgeous as they are lovable.

These two have been through a lot together, and we'd love to see them find a family who will give them the next chapter they deserve.

What a week! This week, thanks to your support, we were able to help a lot of cats and kittens in our community:

🐱 9 community cats received spay/neuter surgery, rabies vaccines, and Revolution through our TNR program.

🐱 5 foster kittens were spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, bringing them one step closer to finding loving forever homes.

🐱 We welcomed 7 new kittens into rescue from 4 different situations. While every intake has its own story, each one now has a safe place to land.

Rescue is filled with incredible highs, but sometimes there are heartbreaking lows too.

Two of the kittens we recently took in came from a very rough start in life. Like many outdoor-born kittens, they were battling coccidia. Unfortunately, one of the babies was so small and fragile that her little body couldn't overcome the infection. Despite everyone's best efforts, she succumbed to fading kitten syndrome. She was a tiny fighter, and we are heartbroken by her loss.

Her brother has also been struggling, but with treatment and supportive care, he finally seems to be turning a corner. We are cautiously optimistic and hopeful that he will continue to improve and make a full recovery. ❤️

This work can be emotionally exhausting, but it is also incredibly rewarding. Every cat altered, every kitten saved, every life improved reminds us why we keep going.

In veterinary care alone, we spent approximately $2,300 this week. Rescue work is expensive, but every dollar translates directly into lives saved, suffering prevented, and brighter futures for cats who otherwise would have nowhere to turn.

🐾 Meet Karai! 🐾

This tiny torbie girl is already proving that she's one tough kitten! 💪❤️

Karai was rescued from a sewer by the owner of Toebean Cat Café and is now safe, warm, and headed into foster care with one of the café's amazing employees. She may be small, but she has a BIG personality, complete with loud opinions, endless cuddles, and a whole lot of determination.

Over the next few weeks, we'll get Karai fully vetted, spoiled rotten, and ready to find the purrfect forever home when she's old enough.
