Our participants are continuing to build the skills needed to succeed in the workplace and beyond.

We’re also grateful to the local business owners who joined us to share their experiences, insights, and advice with our participants. Their real-world perspectives provided valuable guidance and inspiration as these young adults explore future career opportunities.

These young adults aren't just learning how to get a job—they're learning how to keep a job, manage their money, communicate professionally, and prepare for long-term success.

As Week 2 continues, participants will keep building their confidence, workplace readiness, and career skills as they prepare for future employment opportunities.

The first two days of Work Forward 2026 are officially in the books.

This week, participants began building new skills, meeting new people, exploring opportunities, and taking the first steps toward a successful future.

From leadership development and career readiness to teamwork and personal growth, we're excited to see what this group accomplishes throughout the summer.

The energy has been great, the engagement has been strong, and we're just getting started. 🚀
