Another thought, Amber! As I was thinking about offering multiple points of entry (differentiation) for student assignments, I pushed a bit further. Remember the that says you must complete $3.00 worth of activities? Each activity had a value and their choices must add up to a given amount? What if we used different currencies so our kids get exposed to new info and they will have to decide whether to multiply or divide to determine the prices/cost in US currency. We could offer a spectrum from mild to spicy, as far as the required conversions. (Yes, I am on vacation but my mind is motivated!)
