New program aims to solve problems in Roanoke community A new program that aims to bring people together and talk about how to solve issues affecting our community has made its way to Roanoke.

The Melrose Rugby Neighborhood Forum will hold a Kwanzaa Celebration on Saturday, December 28, 2013 at 11:00am at our Neighborhood Center, 1730 Orange Avenue Roanoke, Virginia 24017. For more information call Stephen Niamke at (540) 519-4211. Celebrated the Tradition and participate in the Harvest. Seating is limited.
