Many years ago when the Roanoke Express brought minor league hockey to town, the Reed family was hooked. Now, I'm happy to say that the Rail Yard Dawgs bring excitement back to the Berglund Center! My youngest son Dan and I had a great time with Claude Piche (not pictured because I'm slow with the phone camera) Plus no Roanoke Hockey Experience is complete without some quality time with Sammy Oakey. Big win over Knoxville.

We are ever closer to the big weekend showdown in the Football Championship Series, JMU grads at WDBJ7 were sporting their purple and gold Wednesday. So what is Frosty's problem??

For all of my Holiday Vacation Alaska trip friends, the weather today in Denali Park. While that bus ride up the canyon scared the living daylights out of me, this kind of weather will take a very close second. Happy Thanksgiving everyone.
