You have to start somewhere. When you get out of your chair and move, you are beginning. Then you do it again the next day and the day after that...you’ve now made a commitment to say to yourself, “I want to be in better SHAPE, and I am going to do something about it”. Remember, you are your only judge. Committing to starting is huge, continuing for the first week is great, making it manageable enough you want to make it become a habit means you will CHOOSE to make time to fit it into your schedule. YOU started, pat yourself on the back.

Beginning is the key, no matter how small. Getting up and getting out of your chair is saying to yourself, “I care about myself and TODAY I’m going to do something”! Then you do it the next day and the day after that...and you’ve made a commitment to yourself to ‘show up’ and choose to do something to improve your health and Shape. Believe you will find yourself feeling good for choosing to add activity to your life.
