The Roanoke Collaboration Project (RCP) is a group of civic minded volunteers located in Virginia’s Blue Ridge Region who believe that collaboration across diverse stakeholders is key to making communities more resilient in the years ahead.

A couple years ago, as the pandemic accelerated the isolation and polarization in our world, a small group in Roanoke began having weekly zoom meetings.
We see the divisiveness that is prominent in our country, and we are proud that our community here in Roanoke has a reputation of collaborating across boundaries that would otherwise separate us.
