Power and Pain

Today is day 5 of me posting the 5 toughest hardest working women and men in our gym. Richard has one of the greatest work ethic in the gym. He's always up for the challenge. No matter how challenging the workouts are he always has a smile on his face. Xiomara has turned up her energy level every since she joined that 4am crew. Never bitch or complain no matter how intense the workouts are and her working out with Teresa & Gary the workouts are intense 100 out of a 100 times.

Let me introduce you guys to LISS, she's the newest member of The Power and Pain Family. This kid has lost 77lbs. So far. Now she wants to tone up & add some more muscle while dropping her body fat. At the moment we have 48.5lbs of muscle with 30.7% of body fat on her frame. The goal here is to gain about 10lbs of muscle while getting her body fat down under 18%. She definitely has the work ethic and mindset to make it happen.
