The Reference Book

I've been going through a lot of changes in the past few months and I have been feeling very weighed down.
"What do I have to do next?"
"Where do I go from here?"
"Could I have done this better?"
"Am I being as productive as I can be?"
With all of the questions came a lot of negative feelings that stacked heavier and heavier until I finally just STOPPED. I sat down. I took a breath and with my exhale, I felt relief.
I AM HERE. I am making moves. I am working hard, and although I may not see the finish line and catch myself going from place to place, at least I am not stagnant and being the same person that I was years ago.
Look around you. Appreciate what you have and trust the process. You may be doing far better than you believe. Just sit back, take a deep breath, and SOAK IT ALL IN!

Be kind. Be understanding. Be honest. A lot of us are trapped behind walls that nobody else can see. Sometimes, the only doorway to freedom is communication, truth and trust. We don't know what others are going through. Show who you are at "Hello" because our actions can either be the key to release them or the added lock to trap them.
