When I asked Cassie to help me film this, I thought it would be funny.

I wasn’t expecting to get called out quite this hard. 😂

The truth is, building a business as a woman often means carrying things people never see.

The late-night calendar checks.
The work that follows you home.
The tears you wipe away before anyone notices.
The constant balancing act between your dreams and the people you love most.

But through her eyes, I was reminded of something else.

Our kids are watching.

Not just the hard parts.

They’re watching what it looks like to build something.
To keep going when things get tough.
To show up even when you don’t feel ready.
To chase a dream anyway.

And maybe that’s one of the greatest gifts we can give them.
