I remember how I felt in picture number one. I felt trapped in a body that I didn’t recognize nor want. I remember the mirror being my worst enemy. I hated the way I looked and felt.
Then I decided to make a change, I decided enough is enough. I decided I was going to do whatever it took to become fit. It was the greatest decision ever! I now feel confident taking my shift off at the beach, I now have more energy to play with my kids.
