The RNP board consists of 24 community volunteers and one City Council member for a total of 25. Neighborhood representatives are required to be active in a neighborhood association, neighborhood watch, or some other identifiable neighborhood group. In observance of United Farmworkers Day, all City facilities with the exception of Police and Fire stations will be closed on Monday, March 30, 2026.
We will resume normal business operations on Tuesday, March 31.
Please note trash services will also be delayed. Residential trash collection for City of Riverside customers will be delayed by one day for those serviced on Monday and Tuesday.
