The "Reflection in the Mirror" Challenge
For the next seven days, let's try something new. I want you to become a secret observer in your relationship. Quietly, without your partner knowing, jot down all the little things they do that:
* Make your heart sing. (The small gestures, the loving words, the happy surprises)
* Cause a little bit of irritation or heartbreak. (The habits, the misunderstandings, the things that make you feel unseen)
After the week is over, take some time to yourself. Look back over your list, not to blame your partner, but to ask yourself a key question:
"How are my notes a reflection of me and my own actions?"
This is where the real magic happens. Did you notice things that are a direct result of something you've been doing? Or does their behavior bring up an old fear or insecurity in you? This isn't about finding fault; it's about finding clarity.
