Riley Centre Apartments has an immediate need for 2 bedroom applicants.

We are a Project Based Section 8 agency and rent is based on income.

We will have a 2 bedroom unit available for rent in the next 30 days.

Applications are available outside of the office door at 902 W Walnut (office building is on the side of Noble Street.)

Riley Housing Authority is accepting applications for all bedroom sizes but needs two bedroom applicants (2-4 occupants) for a current vacant unit at Riley Centre Apartments.

Riley Centre is a project based Section 8 program so rent is based on 30% of your adjusted gross income up to a max rent established by HUD.

Office hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 am - 2 pm and 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm Tuesday and Thursday.
