The sign finally went up! Context: a church plant surviving, and then becoming 7 campuses across the US, and then converting an indoor soccer field into a church in a region where less than 3% identify as evangelical Christians is < .05% (and that’s being generous) When I started this journey a decade ago, I had already seen so many close up and so many give up. It’s not about the sign…it’s about what it represents. When I launched V1 Church it was to lead the lost to the cross at any cost, and then to make disciples that make disciples. Christ is the hero.
