Healthy breakfast doesn’t have to be boring!😀⁣

Try this delicious combination of ⁣
CHIA SEEDS & ALMOND BUTTER SAUCE & QUINOA. ⁣
•⁣

INGREDIENTS: ⁣
🔸2 tbsp chia seeds⁣
🔸1 tbsp raw cacao powder⁣
🔸1/2 cup non-dairy milk⁣
🔸1 1/2 tbsp creamy almond butter⁣
🔸1 tsp honey⁣
🔸2 tbsp water⁣
🔸1/2 cup cooked quinoa⁣

DIRECTION👩‍🍳⁣
1. The night before prepare chia pudding. Whisk well together non-dairy milk with cacao powder and add chia seeds. Place it in a bowl/jar. Refrigerate overnight. ⁣
2. In the morning, when ready to serve, remove chia pudding from fridge.⁣
3. Mix together the almond butter, honey and water until smooth. Place butter sauce on top of chia pudding like a second layer.⁣
4. Add 1/2 cup cooked quinoa on top of almond butter sauce and garnish with some nuts.⁣
5. Enjoy! ⁣

QUINOA is a great source of plant protein and fiber which means this breakfast will keep your stomach full for a while! ⁣

Have you heard about “Shinrin-Yoku”? It means “forest bathing”🌳🌴🌲 and it was developed in Japan 🇯🇵 during the 1980s. It has become a cornerstone of preventive health care and healing in Japanese medicine.

Researchers have established a robust body of scientific literature on the health benefits of spending time in the forest! Now the same research is helping to establish shinrin-yoku and forest therapy throughout the world! 🌎

The idea is simple: if a person visits a natural area and walks in a relaxed way there are calming, rejuvenating and restorative benefits to be achieved!

So, my friends.. when was the last time you did some forest bathing? 🤔

Smoothie anyone? 💚This is our favorite COCO🥥-GREEN🥬 SMOOTHIE and it’s as delicious as it looks. Would you give it a try?
Ingredients:
✅1 cup coconut water
✅2 cup chopped spinach
✅1 small ripe banana
✅1/2 avocado
Blend it and enjoy!


While you here, let’s talk coconut water for a sec. The best coconut water is straight from the 🥥🏝 but if you don’t live in the tropics that could be a problem. There are plenty of choices on your grocery’s shelves but NOT all of them are as healthy as one may think 🤔

Things that kill the benefits of 🥥💧 could be using a concentrate instead of fresh juice, adding natural flavors or sweeteners, pasteurizing it with heat.
