We're excited to introduce one of the newest members of the Craft Croswell team, David Ledbetter!

Since joining us in May 2026, he has brought valuable industry experience and a strong background in project management. Before coming to Craft Croswell, he worked as a Project Manager, overseeing mitigation and reconstruction during disaster events, and also served as an Insurance Adjuster. He is a graduate of Belhaven University, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

When he's not at work, you'll likely find him outdoors fishing, backpacking, kayaking, or cheering on his favorite college sports teams. He and his wife, Jessica, are proud parents to two boys, Brayden and Beckham.

We're happy to have him on the team and look forward to all he'll continue to accomplish at CraftCroswell. Be sure to say hello the next time you stop by!
