Citizens for Ridgefield Schools

A school levy is a local funding measure approved by voters for a specific period of time.

School levies help fund things that state funding often doesn’t fully cover, such as classroom support, student services, transportation, and school operations.

Because school levies are time-limited, they are reviewed and renewed periodically.

💙 Citizens for Ridgefield Schools is a community-led, volunteer-driven nonprofit focused on supporting public education in Ridgefield. We work to inform and engage our community around school funding, student needs, and the resources that support local schools.

Today was a big day! 🎉

Some of our board members had the honor of attending the groundbreaking for Ridgefield’s new Elementary 3.

We want to give a huge shoutout to the incredible volunteers who’ve worked tirelessly since 2017 to bring this vision to life.

It’s been a marathon, and this milestone is proof of what’s possible when a community shows up, sticks together, and believes in strong schools. 💙🧡

FINAL DAY to Vote!

This is it, Ridgefield! Ballots for Props 12 & 13 are due TODAY. Your vote will help fund essential programs, a third elementary school, and the resources our growing district needs.

✅ Return your ballot to an official drop box by 8 PM. Return to the RACC (510 Pioneer St), Ridgefield Park & Ride, WSU Vancouver ✅ Check your ballot status at votewa.gov to make sure it’s been accepted.
✅ Text three friends and remind them to vote—every ballot matters!
